Built with operators, not just for them
We sit with the people who'll use the software, watch how they actually work, and build around that — not around what looks good in a demo.
Reduce busywork, don't add to it
If a feature creates more clicking, toggling, and re-entering data than it saves, it doesn't ship. Simplicity is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Prove it small before it grows
We'd rather get one product genuinely right with a handful of customers than spread thin across many half-finished ones.
